Who does Swiftaid charge and why?

Swiftaid charges integrators, donation platforms, and charities for the services it provides. These fees help fund the continuous innovation and automation of Gift Aid, making the process easier for everyone—donors, integrators, and charities alike—while ensuring more money is raised for good causes.

Integrators are charged a small fee to gain access to Swiftaid’s automated Gift Aid service, allowing them to streamline the Gift Aid process.

Donors themselves are not subject to any fees when using Swiftaid.

Swiftaid was initially funded through an Innovate UK grant and equity investment. Our pricing model is designed to ensure that the automation and efficiency Swiftaid provides are sustainable and continue to benefit charities and the wider donation ecosystem.
