How does Swiftaid match donations to Swiftaid donors?
Swiftaid matches donors to donations by using various donor identifiers, such as email addresses or PAR (Payment Account Reference). While a single identifier can be sufficient for matching, incorporating multiple identifiers enhances the likelihood of successfully linking the donation to a donor who is registered with Swiftaid.
Accepted donor identifiers:
- First name, last name
- Initial, last name
- House name/number, postcode
- Last 4 digits of the card used to make the donation
- PAR
