Swiftaid and GoodBox solution for UK charities
On the 21st November 2020, we turned off functionality for contactless Gift Aid to make way for a better solution.
Due to COVID-19, this update has taken much longer than we first anticipated, meaning an extended period where GoodBox terminals cannot process Gift Aid using Swiftaid.
GoodBox has informed us that all required changes are unlikely to occur until Q4 (October – December) this year.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will inform all registered charities when we are back up and running with this new solution.
