Sign up to Swiftaid – Register your charity online in just a few minutes.
Upload your donation data – Export your donations as a .CSV or .ODS spreadsheet and upload it through our secure form.
Your data is checked – Swiftaid automatically reviews your donor information before sending anything to HMRC. Any invalid declarations are removed from the claim.
Your claim is filed – Swiftaid compiles and submits your Gift Aid claim directly to HMRC, handling all record-keeping and compliance.
Gift Aid payout – HMRC sends the Gift Aid funds straight to your charity.
Records are stored – Swiftaid keeps your data securely stored for your records.
