Creating a Swiftaid account, automating Gift Aid on your donations, and receiving an end-of-year statement are free. We only charge if you choose an optional paid plan (£19.99 a year) for extras such as seeing all your donations and progress, full statement history, PDF Gift Aid summaries, and recording donations.
If you do not want a paid plan, you can stay on the free account and continue using Swiftaid for Gift Aid with no subscription charge. You can manage or cancel a paid plan from your dashboard (opens in new tab) .
If you noticed an extra charge with a donation, that was probably from the platform you used to donate. Please consider reaching out to them on their website to get this sorted.
